Loxion Deep - Imagination

South African Amapiano producer Loxion Deep continues expanding his musical catalogue with “Imagination,” a recording featured on his latest studio album, My Father's Records. Listed for release on October 9, 2026, through Content Connect Africa, the track adds another solo production to a project featuring several established musicians from South Africa's electronic dance music industry. The composition reflects the producer's continued dedication to Amapiano, a genre recognised for its distinctive rhythmic arrangements, deep basslines, and connections to house music. As part of the extensive album, “Imagination” offers listeners another opportunity to discover Loxion Deep's creative output and his evolving approach to contemporary African music.

“Imagination” occupies the eighth position on My Father's Records, appearing between “Smoke & Satin” and “Inkumbulo.” The original mix runs for approximately nine minutes and fifty-nine seconds, with a tempo of 113 BPM and a key of G minor. Classified under Amapiano, the recording stands among the album's longer compositions, providing an extended format for the producer's musical ideas. Unlike several collaborative entries featuring DJ Stokie, Sol Phenduka, and Gaba Cannal, this particular track is credited solely to Loxion Deep. The complete project contains 15 recordings, including “Space & Time,” “Things Fall Apart,” “Jazzimania,” and “Sunday Sounds,” with a total runtime exceeding two hours. <Cite refs={["turn536280search0","turn536280search1"]}/>
